In addition, students can also change the heart and feelings that were initially angry to be calmer and the emotions that are ignited become decreased. Practicing mindfulness can also train focus and reduce thoughts that distract them.

As for the ways that students can do after practicing regulating emotions, they can also learn to identify problems or reasons why these emotions can arise. For example, like a messy routine because of getting up late, the next day students can improve their sleeping hours so that tomorrow’s routine can run smoothly.

In addition, students can also practice positive thinking so that they can avoid suspicion and free themselves from thoughts that constantly interfere with their concentration. Students can also learn to be grateful for the circumstances and situations they go through, because with gratitude we will learn to appreciate the time that has passed and bad situations will be happy because there is no anxiety forever.
